Free and Easy Returns

Sometimes things just don't work out. And we totally understand. So if you're not thrilled with your purchase, you've got 30 days to return it for a full refund. EXTENDED RETURN PERIOD! Orders placed between 3/1 and 5/1 can be returned until 6/1. Orders placed after 1/5 will have a 30 days return policy.


Return to a Store

With more than 1,900 Sunglass Hut locations, you can find a store near you to return or exchange in person within 30 days.


Whether you made your purchase in person or online, you can always return products at one of our
Sunglass Hut stores. Just bring your product, proof of purchase and original packaging into a store
within 30 days of your purchase, and we will provide you with a complete refund.

Refunds will be issued in the same form as your original payment method. For purchases made with
a gift card, an e-gift card will be issued.

Return to our Customer Care Center

Mail your purchase back to our Customer Care Center within 30 days. When returning your online order (in-store or returning by mail), you will not be refunded for your import or shipping fees.

Remember, your package needs to be post-marked on or before 30 days after your purchase for a refund. Refunds will be issued in the same form as your original payment method.Customers bear the risk of loss for all items shipped to Sunglass Hut until Sunglass Hut accepts and receives the delivery at Sunglass Hut's Customer Care Center.Please note that store purchases may not be returned by mail and must be returned to a store.

Sunglass Hut Replacement Discount

Occasionally sunglasses break. It's sad, but true. But when it happens to sunglasses bought at
Sunglass Hut, we replace them with the same pair (or equivalent, if unavailable) at 50% off the
original price.

Keep in mind, this discount may only be used once and may not be combined with other discounts
or promotions. It does not apply to loss or theft, and you must present your proof of purchase
and damaged product. Maui Jim products and products sold as "€œImperfect"€ are not eligible for
this program.

more than happy to assist you in getting the correct number you need.
